Easy playback and file transfer

Copy photos and videos directly from your computer via the Type-C port. Put images in the PIC folder and videos in the VIDEO folder; the frame appears as a removable disk when connected.

Ensure orientation matches your frame: horizontal displays use 16:9 and vertical displays use 9:16. The frame does not support 1:1 files.

Display, sound and memory

The acrylic frame features an IPS screen with automatic play of pictures and videos on power-up and a built-in speaker for sound. It includes 4GB of internal memory (option to upgrade to 8GB) and supports common video formats: MPEG, AVI, VOB, MP4 and MPG; pictures should be JPG.

Battery, power and practical notes

The built-in 1000mAh battery provides around 2–3 hours of playback on a full charge and the frame is powered via USB (5V 1.5A). Buttons include On/Off and Mute, and when connecting to your computer make sure the Type-C cable is fully inserted so the device is recognised rather than just charging.
